Many of our major provincial parks have management plans in place to guide their long-term planning and growth.  Updates to these plans occur on a regular basis and includes stakeholder and public consultation as a general practise.

Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park - Management and Development Plan

The Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport is preparing a new management and development plan for Saskatchewan Landing Provincial Park (SLPP) and is seeking public feedback.

The existing management plan for SLPP was last updated in 1990.  Over the past two years, Parks, Culture and Sport has been working with consultants, stakeholders and the Park Advisory Group to prepare the draft management and development plan.  A public feedback period was available in early 2015. All feedback will be reviewed and considered for changes within the draft plan. A summary of the feedback results will be prepared as part of the plan documentation.

The draft plan will be revised and reviewed with stakeholders before final approval.

Adobe Acrobat versions of the draft plan, executive summary and appendices are available for downloading.

If you have any questions regarding the plan, please contact Dominique Clincke, Park Planner at dominique.clincke@gov.sk.ca
